Mindy Alexander, LMHC, PA-C
About Me
I hold a Master’s degree in Counseling and am a licensed mental health counselor (LMHC) in Washington State. With over 20 years of experience in the behavioral health field, I’ve worked with individuals, couples, and families through various stages of life. In addition to my career as an LMHC, I am also a certified physician assistant (PA-C), which adds a unique perspective to my therapeutic work.
My career began with a focus on children and families, which provided a strong foundation for understanding how early relationships shape us. Over time, I shifted my work to specialize in adults and couples.
I believe in creating a supportive space where people can explore their challenges without judgment. My approach is practical and tailored to each client, whether they’re navigating everyday stressors or facing significant life transitions. I’m committed to helping people find balance and clarity in their lives, with a focus on realistic, actionable steps forward.

In my free time, I enjoy being active outdoors— especially hiking during the warmer months and snowboarding in the winter. I love reading a mix of genres and am always on the lookout for new book recommendations! Whenever I get the chance, I’m all about traveling, whether it’s a quick weekend getaway or a longer, immersive adventure.
